We will get started tasting sweet & savory appetizers and sip some wine while getting familiar with the ingredients to make our bread. Attendees will discover how dough is made and how much fun it is to make together. This is a very dynamic hands-on experience, Chef Emma taught cooking classes in her San Francisco restaurant back in the early 2000, so get ready to have lots of fun while discovering kitchen tricks from a pro!
