BellaBooty Sculpt with Shelby!

Join us for 60 minutes of booty burn! This 1-hour long class focuses on lifting & toning the booty using your body’s own resistance and the Bellabooty machine.

Shelby is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nurse who is passionate about health and fitness. She also specializes in nutrition with her fitness nutrition specialist certification.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one! 🙂
